What is Floral Design?

This Floral Design Study is a series of six units in basic design.  The objective is to develop a unified understanding of the art of flower arranging.

Each unit is held one day with three hours of lecture/demonstration in the morning and a two hour supervised workshop held after the lunch break. 

The instructors for this Series are Christine Biscoglio and Susan Hillson, F.F.G.C. Flower Show judges and also members of the Wellington Garden Club.  

To date, we have completed through Unit 5.  All of the students have been having a great time.  Photos from Units 1 – 5 follow.
